Shipping & Return Policy

Returns will be accepted for defective merchandise, incorrect merchandise, or in-stock merchandise which is in its original, unopened packaging and in resale condition. All returns must be made within 30 days from date of invoice. Special order and custom printed materials are not returnable unless product is defective upon receipt.

If an incorrect order was shipped, we will issue a call tag for them to be picked up and we will reship the correct items.

If a customer has ordered an incorrect item, the customer will pay return shipping and handling charges. A $5 restocking fee per package also will apply.

Shipping is included in the invoice. Sales tax only applies to orders shipped within the state of Tennessee.

We will endeavor to ship the product the next working day, but we cannot guarantee this, and we accept no liability for any delay, or failure to ship within the estimated time.
